Please read these terms carefully before booking any services.
Elevate You services (including Quantum Analyzer Assessment, Energy Body Map Reading, Theta Healing, Emotion Code, BEMER, Hydrogen Therapy, and LifeWave patches) are complementary and holistic in nature. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Iwona Sood is a Holistic Wellness Coach and Mentor, not a medical doctor. Information provided during sessions or on this website should not be taken as medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concerns.
1. General Information
These terms apply to all services provided by:

2. Bookings and Payments
- Booking System: All appointments are managed via our online booking system (Amelia). By booking a slot, you confirm that the details provided are accurate.
- Payment: Payment for sessions may be required in advance or at the time of the appointment, depending on the service selected. We accept payments via the methods indicated on the checkout page (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Bank Transfer).
- Prices: All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable is the one listed at the time of your booking.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We value your time and ours. To ensure the smooth running of our practice, the following cancellation policy applies:
- 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
- No-Shows: Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice ("No-Show") will result in the full fee being charged or the forfeiture of a pre-paid session.
- Late Arrival: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure the next client is not delayed. The full session fee will still apply.
4. Services (In-Studio & Online)
In-Studio Services: Include BEMER Therapy, Hydrogen Inhalation, Luna Plasma Chamber, and Quantum Assessment. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have no contraindications (e.g., pacemakers, pregnancy, organ transplants) before using specific devices. Please consult us prior to booking if unsure.
Online Services: Include Emotion Code, Theta Healing, and Energy Body Map Reading. It is the client's responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection and a quiet environment for the duration of the session. Technical issues on the client's end are not grounds for a refund.
5. Quantum Analyzer & Reports
The Quantum Resonance Magnetic Analyzer provides a report based on the energetic state of the body. This report is for reference and educational purposes only. It is not a medical laboratory test report and should not be used to self-diagnose medical conditions.
6. Product Purchases (LifeWave)
If you purchase LifeWave patches directly through us, please refer to the specific return policy provided at the time of purchase. Generally, hygiene products and opened packages cannot be returned unless faulty.
7. Client Conduct
Elevate You is a space of peace and respect. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior. In such cases, the session will be terminated immediately, and no refund will be issued.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Elevate You and Iwona Sood shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR. We use your data solely to provide services, manage bookings, and communicate with you.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
