About Me

My name is Iwona Sood, and I am a holistic wellness coach, mentor, and guide on the journey back to inner harmony. With a background in psychology and finance, I combine mind, body, and energy work to help people reconnect with themselves.

My own journey began 24 years ago when I faced a serious health challenge. That experience opened the door to energy medicine, conscious living, and emotional healing. Today, I live fully with passion, energy, and gratitude.
